Co-Founder and CEO/Publisher of After Hours Press, Sanchez is a creator and producer of entertainment and marketing content including I.P. creation, print & digital comics, and animation, leading projects for a wide range of media from conception to creation.
Past roles include: Creative Lead of Marvel's New Media–Custom team, Vice President at Wizard Entertainment, Managing Editor, Production & Design Director at Valiant/Acclaim Comics.
Creative writing credits include: Genie the Genius, Genie the Gene, The Foxwood Falcons, Celestial Alliance, Impossible Tales, JAAT (Joint Armored Attack Team), Aeronaut, and The Mainstream.
Sanchez is an award winning content producer in the entertainment, media & publishing industry with experience as Creative Lead in Marketing, Published Writer, Marvel Editor, Graphic Designer, Animation & Film Producer, Project Manager, Art Director, VP, Publisher and President with entertainment companies such as AFTER HOURS PRESS, WIZARD ENTERTAINMENT, VALIANT COMICS, ACCLAIM ENTERTAINMENT, STARLIGHT RUNNER ENTERTAINMENT and MARVEL WORLDWIDE.
As Creative Lead at Marvel, content created includes award winning marketing activations, IP creation and a myriad of custom content for a wide range of world renowned clients in sports, entertainment, pharmaceuticals, automotive, snack foods, beauty products and comic book related activations. Deliverables have included animation, branded custom stories, comics, digital/video content, animation, promotional graphics, live activations and print ad design. Branded client activations have included Marvel's Super Heroes in story-based marketing that is entertaining, aspirational, thematic and even educational when required. Sanchez has also lead strategic campaign planning such as multi-media roll outs including video, print, digital, social media and live events.
As co-founder and CEO/Publisher of AFTER HOURS PRESS, LLC., the creative agency and independent comic publisher, Sanchez creates new/original IP for clients using print, video, and animated content. AHP publishes independent comic adventures and creates educational and entertainment, story-based content (most notably for the Boomer Esiason Foundation) in the health and wellness/educational genre.
Specialties include the ideation and full service development of custom deliverables. Examples include creating new super heroes around brands and/or causes, or individuals such as kids, celebrities, musicians and athletes. This has included designing Marvel-themed custom bobbleheads for MLB, NBA, NHL and NFL players, mascots and teams.
Sanchez served five years in the U.S. Army as an Aviator, Officer and attack helicopter pilot.
