AXE: The FRESH-MEN
The FRESH-MEN is a super hero team created for AXE, to use in a transmedia campaign for Axe: Body Spray that included a printed comic, digital comic, animation, a music soundtrack and live event activations. The given tagline, "Your Hotter When You're Chill" was the theme and the characters embodied a new direction for the brand. The comic book was created with the new team and guest starred the Avengers. Motion comics, animation and comic print ads were also created around the campaign, with the promotional comic book handed out at in the Marvel booth at SDCC and NYCC.

TAKEDA: THE UNBEATABLES
Marvel Custom was tasked to create a super hero team around the sensitive topic of I.B.D. for Takeda Pharmaceutical, with a mission of showing aspirational heroes who represent all facets of the I.B.D. community. A domestic program began with a single character, Samarium; created by Buddy Scalera, Darren Sanchez and Fernando Blanco. The success of the campaign was followed by the creation of a super hero TEAM (which would include the character of Samarium) for international release. The UNBEATABLES were created by Fabian Nicieza, Darren Sanchez and Sean Chen.
